Privacy Policy
What this covers
This policy explains what information 3MH Technologies collects through this website (3mh.pages.dev), and how it's used. It does not cover information handled separately under a signed client agreement, which is governed by that agreement.
Information we collect
This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics by default. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us:
- Information submitted through the contact form — name, email, company, and project details — which opens as a pre-filled email in your own mail client and is sent directly to contact.3mh@gmail.com. It is not transmitted to or stored on our servers by the form itself.
- Information you send us directly by email or social media.
How we use it
Information you send us is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if a project moves forward, to deliver the engagement. We don't sell or rent contact information to third parties.
Email storage
Emails you send us are stored in our email provider's infrastructure (Gmail) under Google's own data handling terms. We retain project-related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary for business and legal record-keeping.
Third-party links
This site links to GitHub, Instagram, and TikTok. Each of those platforms has its own privacy policy governing information collected once you leave this site.
Your rights
You can request that we delete correspondence or information you've sent us by emailing contact.3mh@gmail.com. We'll act on reasonable requests promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or business changes. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
